Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. -Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges. -Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. Accessibility Information: The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a property management company, not a hotel. Our ADA compliance is similar to that of a private home, but reasonable requests can be accommodated. ADA features include: • All Front Desks and Lobbies have ramps or street-level access, as well as elevator access. • Underground parking is equipped with an elevator for easy room access. • Showers in our fitness centers have roll-in capability. • Room numbers & elevators have braille. • Fire alarms have blinking lights in addition to sound to notify hearing-impaired individuals. • All stairwells have emergency buttons in case guests need help evacuating.
Written Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION OF SUMMER/FALL 2023 (April 14, 2023 – November 22, 2023) Must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to guest arrival date in order to avoid cancelation fees. Cancellations made less than 5 day prior to guest arrival date will result in full forfeiture of entire reservation value (including applicable taxes and fees). CANCELATION OF WINTER 2023-24 (November 23, 2023 – April 11, 2024) Must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to guest arrival date in order to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to guest arrival date will result in full forfeiture of entire reservation value (including applicable taxes and fees). CANCELATION OF HOLIDAY (December 22, 2023 – January 7, 2024) Must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to guest arrival date in order to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to guest arrival date will result in full forfeiture of entire reservation value (including applicable taxes and fees). CANCELATION OF SUMMER/FALL 2024 (April 12, 2025 – November 20, 2024) Must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to guest arrival date in order to avoid cancelation fees. Cancellations made less than 5 day prior to guest arrival date will result in full forfeiture of entire reservation value (including applicable taxes and fees). Other Policy
First car parking included in resort fee. All additional vehicles will be charged $35 per night to park in the 2nd level of the indoor parking garage. There is no overnight surface lot parking allowed. • All rooms are undergoing thorough disinfection on all high touch points • Daily trash and towel service, full room refresh every 3rd day. We are also happy to deliver any items you may need to your room. Just call the front desk by dialing 0 on a room phone or 530-584-6205 from a cell phone to request items. • Sorry, no pets allowed (service animals only). • No Smoking in room or on balconies (smoking in resort designated smoking areas only). • During the winter season, especially during periods of high snowfall, guests can expect noise from snow removal in the parking lots and snow safety work around the resort. • The Village at Palisades Tahoe has very limited electric car charging stations, and the limited amount we have is located in our outdoor parking lot and NOT in our underground parking garage. There are additional electric car charging stations in Truckee and Tahoe City. • We will certainly do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have, though, due to some limitations, we can't guarantee every request. Please contact the front desk for more information at 530-584-1000. • If you're staying with us during the Fall or Spring time (mid-September to mid-November and/or mid-April to mid-May) there may be some village restaurants or shops that will have minimal operations or even be closed. This time of year is very slow, and restaurants often close early so please plan accordingly and remember that all rooms have full kitchens except for Standard Rooms. It is a great time to visit as it is peaceful, relaxing and we offer very low rates during these times as well due to not having all services fully open and available. • Please note that the Village at Palisades Tahoe does not have central air conditioning. To alleviate this issue, portable air-conditioning units are offered in most of the rooms.
